Nikki lives with her husband and two young boys in a beautiful area of East Sussex just outside Brighton. Influenced by her study and practice of yoga since her early Twenties Nikki went on in 2011 to train with British Wheel of Yoga, making the move from teaching academic skills in Further Education colleges to become a full time mum and yoga teacher.
Her special area of interest is connecting movement to the breath with a view to fostering a balance in mind, body and spirit. In her teaching, Nikki draws on her regular Iyenger practice to foster a keen sense of alignment in postures whilst encouraging students to identify with the softness and inner spaciousness of the body and the breath.
Nikki runs a small but beautiful yoga studio where she teaches Pregnancy, Hatha and Restorative Yoga as well as offering one to one private tuition.

In our busy, fast-paced lives, we rarely have time to ask if our lives have balance or indeed if we feel truly centred or grounded. Hatha Yoga offers us this opportunity of self-enquiry both on and off the mat. Yoga asks us to find that balance between holding on and letting go.
Using meditation, physical yoga practices, breathing techniques and Yoga Nidra, Nikki will guide you along your inward journey, balancing Sun/Moon energy within and finding a more centred space from which you can expand and grow.

I have just returned from a retreat that was held at Claridge House. I can`t recommend it highly enough, the friendly staff, fabulous vegetarian food , beautiful gardens and the lovely clean and airy rooms all added up to an absolutely wonderful stay - June 2017
Our first visit here and we certainly feel we are going away with `rest and renewal`. We enjoyed the comfortable accommodation, had a lovely massage and the daily quiet times were also very special for us - January 2017
The room was spotless and very comfortable, the vegetarian breakfast was gorgeous, lovely fresh produce, dairy free and gluten free items too. Tranquillity and peace all around in the lovely 2 acres the house is set in - June 2017
Everything. Lovely friendly staff. Good food. A cosy "feel at home" style place amongst trees and green, giving peace and calm. Surely would stay again! So close to Gatwick Int. Airport. That`s a real convenience for foreign travellers - November 2016
Wonderful and welcoming staff, who were very attentive and happy to help. Beautiful property with large clean rooms. This is a health retreat as well as b&b style accommodation, so no TV in the rooms or alcohol. Very close to the village for dinner or drinks though - October 2016
