This course is designed for beginners and more experienced practitioners alike. Ceri is an experienced yoga teacher who appreciates the fundamental principle of how to fully utilise the breath for enhanced yoga practice. Learn about the mechanics of breathing and employ conscious intention as a gateway for connecting with the subtle body throughout the regular asana (posture) practice. The specialised breathing techniques will help to harmonize the flow of energy within the body for a more peaceful state of mind.
